As far as post-conversion 3D jobs go, most current films wish they looked as solid as Jurassic Park. Twenty years after its release, the classic (yeah, I said it) film holds up well. Well, for the most part—some of the computer technology is woefully outdated at this point, and as far as “hacking” skills go, Lex’s skills are laughable today. That being said, the visual effects, which favored real effects over CGI, still look sharp, and the pure entertainment value is still present. If you’re a fan of the film, it’s worth a shot. The dinosaurs are worth seeing on a big screen.
